Product information or descriptions displayed on the Finddavision site are accurate, correct and in accordance with the actual situation.

Prices displayed on the Finddavision site are accurate and valid at the time they were listed. Prices could change at any time. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by Finddavision. Buyers will only pay the price listed on the confirmed Order Form (referred to as the Checkout page).

Finddavision is responsible for the availability of all products displayed on Finddavision. If product stock is not available, Finddavision will include a statement that the product is not available.

Regarding the availability of product stock, it can change at any time, so in a state of empty product stock, Finddavision has the right to refuse orders from buyers, and the money already sent will be returned to buyers.

Buyers are required to read, understand, and agree to the overall information/description and product prices before making an offer or commitment to purchase.

All digital products from Finddavision are protected by copyright law and are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any digital product, in part or in whole, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Buyers are deemed to have understood, acknowledged, accepted, and agreed to the products and prices as well as the descriptions and conditions of the products as they are when buyers send the Order Form to the seller.

Finddavision has created an Order Form that is easily understood by buyers. However, if buyers encounter problems when filling out the data in the Order Form, buyers are expected to immediately contact Finddavision at admin@finddavision.com or support@finddavision.com.

Buyers and Finddavision declare a legally binding agreement when Finddavision receives notification of the order.

After buyers make payments and payment confirmation is received by Finddavision, Finddavision will send products to buyers via email message.

Please note that Finddavision sells digital products, so THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT for Finddavision to ship to buyers.

After successful payment and delivery of the digital product by Finddavision to the buyers, due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter difficulties or issues accessing the digital product you purchased on our website, you can send us a message by clicking on the Contact menu.
